Welcome to Kramer.Firm's Wireless technology home page.

Kramer.Firm is one of a very few national-level firms which provides RF technology, tower siting, coverage assessment and expert witness services to governments and, secondarily, to selected private institutions and firms.

We are usually retained by the local government planning agency to determine whether a particular antenna site is meeting the  FCC
OET Bulletin 65 RF safety requirements.  Our work for governments is also related to performing initial site reviews (pre-application and post-application studies). We also focus on the physical elements of tower siting such as location, required ancillary equipment, camouflage issues, etc.

< <See how a cellular pine tree has been built along side of the San Diego Freeway (Interstate 405) in the Los Angeles, California suburb of Encino.

From scrubs to signals, track the deployment (dare we call it growth?) of the little cellular pint tree.

The site is on the southbound side of the San Diego Freeway in the Sepulveda Pass area of the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles area). It's about 1/3 mile north of the Mulholland Drive overcrossing.

The administrative record is vital in supporting a local government's decision on a wireless tower site application.
